viewing entry : Last food stop

Arrived in helmsdale with the sun on our back after making great time. After studying maps we decided to hold to for the day and camped next to river. Our plan is now to have a couple of longer days and to arrive John o'groat's late on monday. Then go to Duncansby head on tuesday morning for photos and celebrations. With the end so near we must keep focused as a couple of very big days ahead. East coast is pretty ragged up here but looks excellent. Hope weather stays in our favour.

Wow!!! Thought you would like to know Just that I am writing this message sat up in my loft completely wifi!! Done it at last!! Would love to be with you both in your moment of glory and that was a plan but things have conspired against me and it can't happen. Enjoy the last couple of days ~ you must be feeling so good.
